The Ragnar axe I ordered was lost in transit and Odins Treasures team immediately started investigating the matter. Within a day they shipped out a replacement, no questions asked. Very satisfied with how they handled the issue and with the quality of the axe.

Ordered the cloak that everyone is complaining about. Was garbage, found the same exact one on Amazon for $30 and on temu for $12. Everything I ordered came in cheep chineese bags like Temu or alibaba. Nothing was good or even passable condition. Money grab, when tried to send back wanted me to send to france.

Looks amazing The person I gifted these to was thrilled and very happy with them. It was the one piece of their garb they were missing. They loved them! They seem solid and perfectly set to hold their apron straps into place and hold their bead strands nicely!

BEWARE! I paid for priority shipping and the parcel was stuck in India for weeks. I ordered 1 item, they sent 2. I have sent 8 emails with no response. Stay away from this company!

Shipping delays—especially international ones—can sometimes occur due to customs or carrier issues beyond our control, but we fully understand how disappointing this must have been.

Follow-up: ik opende een geschil via PayPal, en dan kon ik het product terug sturen en hiervoor betalen. Ik heb dit geweigerd, omdat ik niet wens te betalen voor oplichting. Vervolgens kreeg ik 'store credit' maar ik wil niets meer hebben van die website, gezien de kwaliteit, en bovendien werkte de link niet. ik denk dat ik mijn geld wel kwijt zal zijn.

They have quality items, people are great and never had any complaints, when I open my restaurant I will ask them if they want to sell their items there. I am opening a place called Valhalla tavern and it's based around the Nordic belief.
