Initially I was disappointed with the experience at Odins Treasures due to damaged products upon arrival. But after reaching out to customer service and expressing my concerns, Amanda promptly responded and offered a free replacement. While the initial experience was disappointing, the positive outcome and the company's willingness to rectify the situation were appreciated

While the Knife I purchased for my husband has some impressive qualities I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, the design is visually striking, with the steel blade and Norse engravings. But I found the handle to be a bit uncomfortable during prolonged use. Also while the blade arrived sharp, it dulled faster than expected with regular use. It's a decent option for collectors or occasional use, but for those seeking durability and comfort for frequent use, it may fall short.

I have a small head and the beanie still didn't fit. It would barely fit a toddler. It's frustratingly tight and uncomfortable to wear. However, I must admit, it does have a cute look to see it. Seriously, who made it so ridiculously small? Also, be warned, if you buy anything from them, expect to receive a flood of annoying emails

I bought a white linen shirt for my dad for his birthday from them. Fit and look is good. Delivery was a bit slow but I am glad I got it before his birthday, exactly when I needed it. Will buy more from them.

It took 2-3 weeks for my order to be processed and shipped. More than that, it remained stuck somewhere on the east coast for another week. Despite opting for priority shipping. I received my order a month after placing it.

I received a very the Shieldmaiden corset but sadly it arrived with a malfunctioning zipper. But upon contacting customer support, they swiftly addressed the issue by sending me a replacement. The new corset they sent is absolutely amazing.

initially, my order order was delivered to the wrong place… Great. I let them know and they replaced it. So far so good. But I only got part of it. The second part was delayed. When the second part of the order came in, it was broken, because frankly it was wrapped so badly. I don't think it could've made it through being put in a drawer without being broken. I placed my order in initially December 21, and it was not completed until March. It took three disputes through PayPal to get any response at all from them. When the materials arrived, they were cheap, plastic and pot metal replicas of what looked to be real stuff on the website. It was so much effort I told them to please just give me my money back and forget it, but they refused. I will never ever ever order from them again, what a waste of time, money, effort, and what a whole lot of aggravation for some really poor stuff.

In November 2023 I ordered an axe and a bottle opener. Received the axe in relatively descent time. Axe handle was mediocre, at best. The $15 bottle opener stayed in transit for weeks on end. Correspondence with CS was not helpful. They kept insisting it was "in the mail". At the beginning of 2024 I gave them 30 calendar days to correct it, I was displeased with the delay, and on/about the 28th day I was asked to confirm my address. I did. Nothing changed. On 2/23/2024 I received the bottle opener. Gave it to my spouse as a delayed stocking stuffer. He immediately tried this magical unicorn. It wouldn't open a bottle. Simply novelty at this point. Not surprised. Typically I'd ignore even writing a review but due to the quality of both products, the stalling tactics and lack of due diligence to track down the item, it merits a review. Don't bother responding or trying to right the issue. I'm over it and won't be a repeat customer.
