Hello Richard, As you can see from our communication and from your order history; you ordered two rings with size 8 for both of them. We sent the rings you ordered and they didn't fit. You asked us for size 9 and we offered to send them free of charge (except for shipping) without you having to return the other rings. We replied to your emails on Saturday (a weekend) and outside of work hours. But you kept sending 6 emails in a row on Sunday. And when we didn't get back to you (it's a weekend); your first reaction was to post the negative review. We still kept our word and sent the replacement for free but you complained again because we mistakenly added $3 to the shipping cost which we eventually refunded. In any case, I hope you realize that we are a small business that operate day and night to serve its customers but we still take days off. And even when you submitted the negative review, we still kept our word and sent the replacement. I hope you like them this time.
