Odin's TreasuresReviews of odinstreasures.com

Absolute rubbish. Don’t buy any thing from this vendor. The faux leather they use to make the brancers and pauldrons aren’t even faux leather it is painted EVA foam, poorly put together and made for a small to medium adult. To get a refund you have to send it back to china at double the cost of the item for shipping.

Voilà le service qu’Odin Treasure offre… Vous ne recevez pas vos articles, ils sont incapables de fournir une preuve de livraison, et malgré ça, ils refusent d’assumer leurs responsabilités.

Received my order for some gauntlets, a pauldron, warrior belt, shirt and pants today. Shirt is the only thing that fits well, the pants were a medium and are about 8 inches too long. All the gear is adjustable but there's nothing that explains that everything seems to be sized towards larger people ie; over 6ft with a solid build. Quality is horrible and nothing like it looks like in the pictures. Most of it looks like its been pieced together by a 5 year old doing crafts. Straps don't fit the buckles, they are extremely thin, the rivets are weak and the whole thing just looks cheaply made. For the pricetag I was expecting at least somewhat decent quality, not something that looks like it's been drop shipped from Temu and had the price ramped up. They also don't do refunds on anything that's been discounted and one of the first things the website does is gives you a code to discount your items. Extremely disappointed.

Avoid this company. Delayed shipping, poor customer service, then excuses when the order wasn’t received. No accountability. Do not work with them.

I purchased a sizeable order from them for two events. 3-15 business days was the advertised shipping range. During that range I reached out to customer service because the tracking showed no progress, and they told me that 10-20 shipping days was their average range. This was fundamentally different for my situation, because it meant, instead of a chance to have it for one event and definitely having it for the second, there was zero chance for the first and only a possibility for the second. It has now been 25 business days, both events have come and gone, I'm out $250 and they don't allow refunds or cancellation. The items still haven't arrived, more than a month later.

I ordered an entire Viking outfit with Norse warrior "leather" pauldrons, Viking Buckled Pauldron, Traditional Viking pants and Viking Tunic. The quality of these items is absolutely terrible. The "leather" is some sort of plastic foam and will definitely not hold up. It already has bubble cracks in it. The pictures they show of the items are definitely not what you get. This stuff is far to embarrassing to wear. What a waste of money. Please steer clear, bait and switch chinese grift.

Barely better than Spirit Halloween I ordered: Warrior One-Shoulder Leather Pauldron Viking Buckled Bracer I am unsure how they considered the type of material leather. The material that both were made from had some sort of foam backing, almost a leather veneer. The material is stiff and the edges are unfinished. Further, the pauldron did not look like the one that was pictured. There were several accents missing from the item. I should have known better than ordering from a site I found via a facebook ad.

Advertised priority shipping with order, items did not ship after 2 weeks. Attempted to cancel order, was told “orders cannot be cancelled once placed.” Items then show as shipped after nearly a month, however, they are never delivered. Contact customer support and they refuse to work with their carrier, ship another order, or refund the original purchase. Company is a total scam with horrible customer support. Be warned!
