OMG, yet again they show they are either a big scam site taking your money or are completely incompetent. Customer service is a joke. Received apology following another complaint for them sending 1m length of leather instead of ordered 2m, itself a pathetic replacement for a substandard item of clothing. The respon included the promise of 5m length of leather by way of an apology. Might have let it go at that, but today, true to form, another 1m length arrived ! Such a bunch of BS merchants ripping people off ! Avoid them like you would avoid putting chilli in your eyedrops. And now a defamatory/slanderous response to my review. Says it all about them. I can evidence all of my comments. Despite your response I have only left bad reviews for 2 companies, Odin being the second. Both being absolute con artists. I never asked for more than my money returned and cost to return their product.

I ordered beige boots. They sent brown, and they said sorry if you pay the shipping we will send you the right pair. Again they sent brown. They then offered a token trinket but still no boots! Avoid these guys like the plague they a dodgy

Update: As of 7/7/24, Jonah replied to my latest email stating, "we had offered to resend a larger size at no additional cost" even though, which I find makes no sense, "that returns are costly for all parties" as they "process our returns in China". If it's costly to process returns in China, presumably due to shipping costs, why would they offer to send me larger sizes for no additional costs? There was no acknowledging of the fact that a larger size, which I have explained more than once, will not fit as they just get mostly wider, not longer! I'm not trying to tell Odin's Treasures how to run their business, nor do I claim to know all the details about costs involved. What I do know is if there are offices in California, cannot they use this as a regional center to process North American returns, and London for European returns? I'm sure they have a relatively low return rate, but I obviously don't know that for certain. According to Amanda, "Our policy allows for returns but we cannot cover the shipping fees. That's because if everyone starts ordering and returning items at our expenses; we would be out of business within a few weeks." So, maybe many people do want to initiate returns? Strange system. Lastly, Jonah reached out to me and asked what should be done after I asked for further assistance in the return process. While this is a good step, I find it perplexing that the presumed head of the company is asking me what I want done as opposed to offering me a solution. SIGH what an unnecessary ordeal over some boots, pants and a frickin shirt. Unfortunately I've had quite the negative experience with Odin's Treasures.I ordered more than $500 worth of merchandise which arrived 28 days later. This was within their declared shipping time. I selected expedited pricessing for a cost of $4.95 to speed up the process from 2 to 5 business days to 1 to 3 business days. Ok, great, I'll get them a bit faster. I even included a $50 tip. Amongst the items were a tunic, pants and boots that did not fit, even though a 2xl size has always fit me for my entire adult life. The boots are in my size yet I couldn't even get my feet into them. Well, shouldn't be to difficult to return them, right? WRONG. After 13 emails back and forth (in which I pleaded for reasonable customer service) mostly with Amanda then finally Jonah they are allowing me the pleasure of figuring out how to return the items back to their warehouse in China!! I've so far been quoted $350 to ship them back. Unbelievable. Horrible customer service and mid grade product at best.

My experience with Odin's Treasures was abysmal from the beginning. I wanted to order boots to wear to my wedding and made a purchase on their website. At checkout I accidentally ended up ordering a second pair of boots in a child's size that I did not want. Odin's Treasures refused to cancel the order, but said I could return the unwanted boots after I received them. When I received the boots, the supposedly size 43 boots were much too small. I could not even get my foot halfway into them. Totally useless. When I contacted customer service, they told me I could mail the boots to their facility in China at my own expense with no guarantee that I would be compensated. Now I am stuck with two useless pairs of boots, out nearly $80, and angry. I will NEVER purchase anything from Odin's Treasures again. Let the buyer beware!

Bought lots of stuff from this company. They have been great to work with.

Everything is great, the packaging, shape, quality, and design. They are a gift for my boyfriend, but they are a bit heavy. I compared this company with another one I purchased from before; although the pictures looked similar, this company's products are thicker and have better designs.

My son chose this knife, and we are very pleased with it. He loves it and is impressed with the quality. Thank you

I really like their appearance if the ragnar axes. They have a nice weight and are a definite upgrade from the plastic props we were using before.
