I purchased a sizeable order from them for two events. 3-15 business days was the advertised shipping range. During that range I reached out to customer service because the tracking showed no progress, and they told me that 10-20 shipping days was their average range. This was fundamentally different for my situation, because it meant, instead of a chance to have it for one event and definitely having it for the second, there was zero chance for the first and only a possibility for the second. It has now been 25 business days, both events have come and gone, I'm out $250 and they don't allow refunds or cancellation. The items still haven't arrived, more than a month later.

I ordered an entire Viking outfit with Norse warrior "leather" pauldrons, Viking Buckled Pauldron, Traditional Viking pants and Viking Tunic. The quality of these items is absolutely terrible. The "leather" is some sort of plastic foam and will definitely not hold up. It already has bubble cracks in it. The pictures they show of the items are definitely not what you get. This stuff is far to embarrassing to wear. What a waste of money. Please steer clear, bait and switch chinese grift.

Barely better than Spirit Halloween I ordered: Warrior One-Shoulder Leather Pauldron Viking Buckled Bracer I am unsure how they considered the type of material leather. The material that both were made from had some sort of foam backing, almost a leather veneer. The material is stiff and the edges are unfinished. Further, the pauldron did not look like the one that was pictured. There were several accents missing from the item. I should have known better than ordering from a site I found via a facebook ad.

Advertised priority shipping with order, items did not ship after 2 weeks. Attempted to cancel order, was told “orders cannot be cancelled once placed.” Items then show as shipped after nearly a month, however, they are never delivered. Contact customer support and they refuse to work with their carrier, ship another order, or refund the original purchase. Company is a total scam with horrible customer support. Be warned!

Excellent Service! The folks at Odin's Treasures sent out a replacement item after this USPS lost the first one. Above and beyond the call of duty. Too bad the USPS does not care as much... Have enjoyed each item that I have purchased from this company, good quality and fair prices as well as friendly and helpful customer support.

I ordered a Knife Oct 17th and have not yet received it . i have inquired numerous and just get promises that it is on its way , then promising that the order would be reshipped, which never happened. II asked for a full refund and now the company no longer responds to my emails. OT22683

Honestly from start to finish, my experience was top notch!!! I got my husband an axe for Christmas and I cannot wait for him to open it. It's honestly wonderful. Super sturdy it looks like it was hand carved! I got it in literally one week from when I ordered, I was shocked at how quick it arrived. Highly reccomend!!

Complete trash material. The items I ordered broke the first time I used them. The material is the cheapest faux leather I have ever seen. I've seen halloween costumes from Walmart made better than this product. The only reason that my review is 2 stars is because they did refund the full cost of the items
