The delivery was made very fast and everything seems to be good. The only issue I have with the chair is that the lumbar support doesn't go higher. I need it about 4" higher from the highest position.

Quick delivery and thorough instructions. I work from home and after 3 years I thought it was high time I had a comfortable chair. Love my new chair!

Great chair/Reasonable price/Quick delivery
The chair is EXACTLY as described and was very simple to assemble. An extremely comfortable and supportive chair at a very reasonable price. Delivery was much quicker than anticipated

Great gaming chair for smaller people
I ordered this chair around Christmas time and got it within 6 days which was impressive. I use this chair for gaming and it is very comfortable for long hours. I love how adjustable it is so you can switch positions frequently and easily. I am a small person so this is far more comfortable than other gaming chairs I've tried (SecretLab and one other off-brand racing one). The chair cushion is lovely for people with not a lot of extra cushion on their booty. My only complaint and why I didn't give 5 stars is the footrest. My husband bought a chair from Odin Lake awhile ago and has this large mesh footrest and that is why I wanted an Odin Lake chair, so I could kick my feet up while gaming every once in awhile. However, the footrest on this chair is just a hard plastic piece. It is still comfortable to use for short periods of time, but if it were mesh I swear I'd never use the chair without using the footrest. This isn't a huge issue though, and all in all I'm very happy with this chair.

Company goes above and beyond!
We bought a second chair because we loved the first. They ship super fast! And on top of that, they sent us a separate Christmas gift - a warm blanket! Very thoughtful and useful! Highly recommend this company!

Very comfortable
Well made, good price, comfortable, good support. I had lumbar spine surgery 3 months ago. It was very hard to find the right chair to work on my computer. Finally I found the right one. Thanks!
