Thank you for the kind words! We work hard to offer competitive rates without compromising on service, so this means a lot. We're glad we could deliver on both — welcome to Octopus Energy! 🐙

I was having issues with the website not properly linking my payment information to my account for setting up auto pay. Clarissa was very helpful in resolving my issue. She was very kind and polite when discussing the problem. She was able to quickly resolved the payment issue over the phone as well as reinstate the discount for setting up auto payment. Excellent customer service!

Clarissa answered all of my questions and when I decided to sign up, she made the process quick and easy. It was obvious the process had a couple of checkpoints built in to make sure I was voluntarily signing up. Extra points as it was the end of their customer service day. Octopus automatically sent links to the setup stuff, and required an immediate password change.
