Kevin was very knowlegeable. He provided information that was helpful in understanding my solar system, and how to optimize the use of the equipment. It was explained in a way hat makes my investment in solar make sense. I called to complain about yhe increase in rates, but I ended up signing another 12-month contract. He is, indeed, a very valuable asset.

Jake was a pleasure to work with in opening my account. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Jake restored a bit of my faith in humanity! Give him a raise and a promotion, possibly to a trainer - he'd be a wonderful trainer! Thanks Jake!

I want to take a moment to recognize Deavonté for his outstanding customer service. When I got home today, I discovered my power had been disconnected because someone mistakenly signed my address up for different services. It was a stressful situation, but when I called Octopus Energy, Deavonté immediately stepped in to help. He was professional, patient, and thorough in resolving the issue, and thanks to him, I was able to get my power restored the same day. His dedication and excellent service turned what could have been a very difficult experience into a smooth resolution. Thank you, Deavonté, for going above and beyond!
