The guy over the phone really took his time and explained all of my options and walked me through everything

The experience I had was good. I spoke to Kevin during my call. He was able to resolve and address both making a small payment over the phone and signed me up with a new contract that was better for what I could afford. He was professional, informative, and had a good attitude throughout the call. I recommend his customer service as excellent.

Jake Williams was great. He truly cared about the service he was providing and even went the extra mile by calling my back to inform me up updates that were improvement for me to know. I appreciate him and would refer ppl to Octopus Energy. I also am a business owners and wish that my staff would help my customers the way Jack helped my sign for my new plan today. Thanks Jake!

Great customer service didn’t have to wait on hold for a long time. Communication was good by phone and by email. When there was an error in switching over to octopus, lizzeth the service rep I spoke to was able to give me a credit for the time I was still on the previous provide with who was charging double the amount that octopus was offering. Wish I would have never left octopus a year ago for this other provider.
