OctoparseReviews of octoparse.com

Be very careful with the 'free trial.' I was charged $119 when it ended, even though I never used the paid features. I contacted support the same day – within minutes – asking for a refund. Request denied. Their policy: once charged, no refunds, period. I learned the hard way.

Octoparse has been my go-to tool for over five years. During my time at Audi of America as a Digital Solutions Lead and Sr. Digital Product Owner, I used it extensively for website audits, upgrading from the Standard to the Professional Plan to benefit from faster cloud processing. Pros: The interface is very intuitive, and it offers great value with competitive pricing and robust features. Cons: Their release cycle is around three months, which feels a bit slow; biweekly bug fixes would be ideal. Results: I was able to reduce data collection time by 87% through repeatable processes and automation workflows (RPA, web scraping) to standardize website audits. If I could, I’d rate it 4.8 stars. Overall, I find it to be an effective and powerful solution.

Same as everyone else here, scammed out of $189 because they won't refund after the trial ended. Never used it. Proper scam and the company should be ashamed of itself.

Generating leads made very easy with the task templates. No coding or similar skill required. Additionally, beginner checklist missions help you earn credits - earning while learning!

Octoparse provides an outstanding web scrapiing offering, great support and easy to learn and use.
