Pros: The interface is very intuitive, and it offers great value with competitive pricing and robust features. Cons: Their release cycle is around three months, which feels a bit slow; biweekly bug fixes would be ideal. Results: I was able to reduce data collection time by 87% through repeatable processes and automation workflows (RPA, web scraping) to standardize website audits. If I could, I’d rate it 4.8 stars. Overall, I find it to be an effective and powerful solution.

I've used both their free and paid versions and find the software very useful for collating information. I did require a refund at one point and whilst it wasn't a smooth process, it was issued so I remained satisfied.

It doesn't require any technical coding background to export the data. There are various templates created and the user should just attach the URL of specific social media page. Also, I appreciate the efforts of Support Team. They have been generous, approachable and ethical at their work.

Great Customer Support and a Good Scraper I have some websites to scrape weekly to get the most updated data for my business. After I first emailed them with my project details, they got back to me very quickly with some sample data. We jumped into a call soon and confirmed the receiving date of crawlers. I went for a package solution with free crawler set-up quota. Quite good for businessmen who have no time to play around with some advanced features.

the software is janky and takes some time to master. however, the customer support was super helpful. they were responsive and even troubleshoot my task in order to make it work properly.
