OctalogoReviews of octalogo.com

I had a logo designed for my business and I couldn't be more pleased with the logo and the service that I received. All revisions were sent back to me within the 2 business days as promised and often much earlier. Mark Stanton was happy to answer any questions that I had, provided advice when asked and shared my revisions with the designers concerned. The entire process was smooth and Mark ensured a hassle free service. Nothing was too much trouble and once I finalised my design I received all the files within 24 hours. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and would recommend Octalogo to other businesses.

I stumbled onto Octalogo while lookin for a suitable company to design my company, and I must say I was blown away the level service I received! Not only did they get me a better program but they discounted it further to benefit my needs. The level of dedication and detail to my project was the kind of professional I need to get my logo finished in a timely manner. As a professional I would highly recommend the use of Octalogo for your needs.. Dr. Chris. Anderson

As a start up business owner, one wears many hats (CFO, CEO CCO, chief cook and bottle washer, etc). With OctaLogo, one of those hats need not be designing the company image. From the sales team to the design team, everyone is on board with you from the very beginning. And the design staff keeps you informed EVERY step of the way, and are patient and will address any and all concerns within hours (phone call and/or email). They are a very talented group of professionals and I will definitely use them again for other projects within the near future!

Phenomenal service and designs from Octalogo. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Octalogo were very helpful and listened to what we were wanting for our logo they had some creative ideas too.

Like in the beginning of any relationship, it was all rainbows and sunshine. My logo looks great, the rest of what was promised has yet to arrive. They drafted a business card for me and I did not like it. I told them in detail, even sending them an example, what I wanted and I got no reply. I followed up and followed up. Now, 2 months later, I still don't have the materials I paid for in my package. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and will not be recommending this to anyone.

I appreciated the high quality customer service experience, which began with a chat on the website. I had many questions that were quickly answered, and I felt comfortable starting the design process with them. They did a great job in getting me items to review quickly and were very open to my requests for revisions. My account manager, Ben, was awesome, answered all of my questions and guided me easily through the process. Affordable and high quality- I highly recommend!

Communication is great through the online team form. I knew exactly where the project was from step 1 to finish. Thanks
