Really enjoyed working with OCTALOGO.. I am currently working with them on my second project. They have a great team working with you timely and professionally. Zach and Jerry are wonderful.

Like the final product, but...
Since I designed the logo myself (hand drawn) and I was extremely detailed on what I was looking for, it was very frustrating to receive logos back that left out specific details. Octalogo did end up doing one extra revision, than what I paid for, to get it right, so I am happy about that. Overall, I like the logo and feel that it represents what my company stands for.

Great designs, even better service!
This has to be, by far, the smoothest experience I've had with a designing firm. These guys were wonderful to work with. Gathered the necessary information early on, updated me from time to time, and delivered before I was expecting. Thank you very much!

Dont be afraid to ask for a new account manger when they arent doing what needs to be done
Its taken a long time to get to the end result. I started with a different account manager jeff Williams who was horrible when it came to communicating and obviously wasn't relaying what needed to be done to the right people. After 2 months and getting a new account manager Emily came on and things started to get done and finally got to see an end result that I can be happy with. She has been very helpful and I only wish I had been able to work with her from the start!
