OctalogoReviews of octalogo.com

I recently had a logo design concept for my start up business and Octalogo impressed me so much that I am having Octalogo design my website. I do not understand the negative reviews, I can only speculate that if you don't know what you want then chances are Octalogo will not know either. I designed my own concept Mark Simmons was my Octalogo account manager and he was professional, responsive and had his design team make all changes I requested until my logo was perfect. Octalogo is a great company for large and small low startup companies on a budget I would highly recommend them ....Just call and ask for Mark Simmons tell him Jeff sent you.

I worked with this group for my company logo and they were very responsive. They did an excellent job for my logo. I am happy that I choose them from the crowd.

Great Service and knowledge especially Mike Rudolph!

I am vey happy that I have used the services of Octa Logo. They did a wonderful job in creating my firm Logo and the website. I am 100 % satisfied with their service. I am not sure about the other members of the team, but Ally Shah did a really god job in understanding my needs and coming up with the best designs. I had a totally different design in mind when I reached out to Ally.. But, luckily we ended-up with a totally different design which is wonderful. I made them change the designs so many times.. But, Ally was always kind and assisted me with no questions asked. I would definitely recommend his services to my friends. So far, we have used them only for the Logo, web design and designing some marketing materials. I am sure that we will be using their services again in the future. Kudos to you Mr. Ally Shah!! You did a wonderful job!! Best regards, Santosh

This company is extremely unprofessional. Don't believe them! Its all lies! They promised me a website done within 2 weeks (I even provided them all the content and all they had to do was upload it to WordPress) and they took 4 months!! Nobody answers when you call them to check on the status and they don't answer emails (when they do, nothing has been done). This is by far the worst company you can work with. They hound you when they want your money but when you call them to check on their work, they never answer. I have emails and emails and apparently they cant follow instructions either. Don't trust these last few reviews and look at their BBB rating. Everything on the BBB rating complaints is pretty much how it went for me as well. That's going to be my next complaint after this. AND to top it off, I put a bad review last week so they called me and told me they would fix my website (he gave me his word he would fix it by Monday 22nd) and nothing happened! Of course!

I have worked the last few days with Troy Sanders on a project for my logo design, and I must say Troy has been very helpful, informative, and offered some great feedback and guidance. I am very happy with my logo design and the timeliness of it's completion. This is a company I will keep on my radar for all future business needs that require their expertise. I Highly recommend OctaLogo, and hopefully you will be lucky enough to get Troy on your team!!

I had Octalogo design my company logo as well as my website and they did a fantastic job. I have nothing negative to say about my experience with them. They were very reasonably priced, they were very receptive, and above anything else, they were very punctual with the projects they did. The company does amazing work.

I have to say that I had a great experience with Octalogo. I was assigned Ferris Marven and he was extremely patient with me. There were times were I wasn't able to get back to him right away due to a busy schedule and I never felt pressured or harassed to get back to him. I also had some revisions that I requested and they were always accepted gracefully and there has been a great follow through. If you are considering using them I would suggest you went ahead and use them because you will happy with the turn out. I am and if I ever need anything else for my business I will be sure to contact them again.
