There was a lot of back and fourth emails due to mistakes regarding spelling, punctuation, prices, and the icons and services were not properly displayed. A recommendation to quicken the process would be to thoroughly proof-read everything before forwarding it to the client. I gave Octalogo 4 stars because at the end of this procedure, regardless of how long it took, I am happy with my logo and my website.

It is a pleasure to recommend an extraordinary project manager such as Mike Rudolph for his great performance and customer service. The previous project manager was NOT responsive and collaborative; however, once Mike took over the project then, the whole process started going smoothly and his customer responsiveness was astonishing. Having such a valuable project manager in the team is extremely vital.

Watch out this company. Took one year to finish my website. Shedules did not keep up as planned, people changed all the time, multiple people tried to get me as their client even I was already working with a team, these people are not American, they are Indian using fake names. Really bad communication and in the end business plans failed because I got scammed. I lost my money too.
