Selling my device to this company was seamless, their process for buybacks is great and I got my payment right after my device was confirmed. If you are looking to sell any of your used or new devices definitely give them a shot. Great price offers. Hope this review helped someone trying to sell their old tech. Cheers.

OC Buy Back gave me the best possible price anywhere for the Xbox One X i was selling almost $40 more than Gamestop ,also if you send in an item the OC BuyBack and they assess it and cant offer you full price you get the option of either taking their new adjusted price offer or they will send it back to you at no cost to you.. Free shipping both ways means even if your sale doesn't work out your no worse off than you where befor ,might as well try Oc Buy Back out befor taking less for you items.

If you don't have the time or patients to sell your unused phones or tablets but still wanna get paid a decent amount. Then O.C.BuyBack is the place you wanna go. Get a quick quote on there website if you like what there offering accept print out your free shipping label and so your device. Or head to there location and drop it off personally. If anything changes they'll update you and see what you wanna do before they move forward with your transaction. Its about as easy and simple as anyone could hope for...

Big disappointment. Sent a phone in pristine condition, they claim it's got issues and offer less than half the original price or they'll send it back. What are you going to do? Take the weak offer and move on. Sorry, can't recommend.

Hello Edd & Cynthia, We are sorry about your experience. I have looked into your order details an am all caught up. It looks like you submitted an order for a Pixel 4 in "like new" condition. Upon inspection and grading your device was given a grade of "good condition" due to minor scratches consistent with normal use. Unfortunately devices in "like new" condition must be in perfect condition without any imperfections such as minor scratches on the screen or housing. We sent out the re-quote for the correct condition of "good condition" or the option to have the device sent back at our cost. The re-quote was accepted and the payment was promptly issued. We hope this reply answers any questions or concerns you may have had. If you have any question about our condition guidelines please reach out to us at [email protected] Kind regards.

This was the second time I've sold my phone with OCBUYBACK. Both times the device and advice on what to do to your phone when seeing it was spot on. They have me a very fair price for my phone. Payment was nice and swift revived my check with in 6 days. Actually the whole process of returning it and receiving the check was about 10 days. You won't be sorry doing business with this company.

I shipped ocbuyback my iPhone 13pro and received my payout within a few days. Just be honest during the quote about the condition of your device and they will pay you what it's worth.
