Hello Edd & Cynthia, We are sorry about your experience. I have looked into your order details an am all caught up. It looks like you submitted an order for a Pixel 4 in "like new" condition. Upon inspection and grading your device was given a grade of "good condition" due to minor scratches consistent with normal use. Unfortunately devices in "like new" condition must be in perfect condition without any imperfections such as minor scratches on the screen or housing. We sent out the re-quote for the correct condition of "good condition" or the option to have the device sent back at our cost. The re-quote was accepted and the payment was promptly issued. Hi Floyd, I am sorry you feel like you got scammed. I can assure you we are not trying to scam anyone. I just checked your order and I am all up to date. It looks like we paid out a check to you for $26 for 2 iPod classics. One iPod Classic had an LCD line going across it and had to be re-quoted since it did not match the good condition criteria. We sent you an email in regards to the re-quote. You had the option to accept the revised offer or to have the device sent back at our cost. You accepted the re-quote. The second iPod classic passed all inspections and the original quote was paid out. Unfortunately when a device has LCD damage it does not qualify for the "Like New" or "Good" condition categories as listed on our website.
