I sold my old phone to these guys via their website and had a great experience! Shipping of the prepaid box to send them the phone and mailing of the payment check were very prompt. They offered me $50 more than most other sites.

This is a great way to get rid of old electronics that are taking up space in your house in a safe way! It's also nice to get some cash for items that are broken/no longer providing value in my life. It's not a ton of money, but at least it's recycling and you get something for it! The process is super simple too.

I would like to apologize for my review, I was mistaken by which company did not send me a check. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the other company that did not send the money. OCbuyback was quick and sent the check promptly. I am sorry for the mistake.

Hello Jeff, I had a chance to look into your order and it shows that a check was sent out to you on 3/08/19. Our bank records show that the check was signed and deposited on 3/25/19. I have emailed you and provided bank images of the deposited check. I would appreciate it if you would update your review because a check was sent out to you and it was indeed deposited. Feel free to reach out to us for clarification. Henry OCBuyBack
