I sent information in immediately after purchase. Their customer support delayed and the money I saved I lost double by going through obdprice due to the fact that they did not read the email communication thoroughly and did not fulfill my order accordingly. After several emails I eventually got my Code after they realized through several emails I had sent them my units serial number, but by that time it was already after hours and I lost 2 customers and had to inconvenience the 3rd one and reschedule which threw off my whole workweek. They should honestly refund me or provide me with a credit for the loss.

Awful service and now not responding to messages I send them. I’m now in the process of try getting my money back from PayPal. I was viewing the website and it clearly shows £20 off any purchases but when I asked why it wasn’t pulling the £20 off the mk808 update i was purchasing they sent me a message saying that it was already a good price BS. I should have gone with my gut feeling at the time and just purchased the update from Autel directly for £72, When I questioned them about the misguided £20 they sent a code with £10 off on it, So fem these people they are absolutely not trustworthy not one bit. So now i have the pain in the backside going through PayPal to try getting my money back, Oh the last message they sent me before they sent nothing else was that it’s now Chinese holidays so will process the update on Tuesday, Really. I purchased the update yesterday which was only Wednesday. Absolutely shocking people. They didn’t mention the Chinese holidays before i was about to purchase the upgrade. Avoid these people at all cost

If you are in the UK think very hard before you buy. I would give zero stars if I could. Very nice slick website that makes you believe they are in the UK and stock would be sent from the UK 3-5 days. This is not the case. The items come from Hong Kong and take on average 14 Days from ordering if you are lucky. I ordered a TPMS kit and received the valves separately and the scanner separately all should have been in one box. Emailed photos to complain and was told to send the unit back to Germany? Had to get PayPal involved to get a refund. It is all very well ordering from china if all goes well but you do not have any comeback if it does not. I will pay a bit more in the future from a UK company where you will get things fixed if it goes wrong. Very poor service from this company.
