I purchased the Autel MaxiCOM MK900BT after confirming by email that it would work in Brazil, with the understanding that some brand-specific software might need to be purchased separately. After receiving the device, it was tested on multiple Brazilian vehicles, and it does not support these vehicles at all. Unsure if it is a technical issue or it just does not support at all. This limitation was not disclosed prior to purchase, and obviously, had it been made clear, I would not have proceeded. Since requesting a refund, I have experienced significant delays and repeated attempts to redirect me to technical support or additional purchases, rather than resolving the issue. This situation was caused by incorrect or incomplete pre-sale information, not a change of mind. I am still waiting for a proper and timely refund. I'm now lodging a complaint with ACCC and Consumer Affairs. I would not recommend this seller based on misleading information and poor post-sale support.

Do not buy from this company! Autel tablets are region specific I was sold an Asia market tablet even though im in the North America region. When your ready to do a software upgrade the tablet wouldn't work and I was out $1695. The company does not have a customer service number and when i emailed the company they were very dismissive and none helpful

Hi , I have purchased the diagnostic computer from this website and I have received totally different product ,also with different sockets and some other think , I have contacted with the seller several times with no response at all , please be aware of this website.

I ordered a bidirectional automotive scan tool (Autel) from them and purchased the additional $8 "shipping protection". the item never showed and they aren't doing anything to resolve the issue. Basically stole my money and ran with it. I'm filing a claim with PayPal which luckily I used. Stay away from them. At the end of the day if there's a problem they don't care and have not given me a replacement or a refund.

Was looking for High-end Scanner Autel Machine. Specifically for programming Mercedes-Benz Signal Acquisition modules. I did contact quite a few Autel Online dealers to ask a question and confirm compatibility can this scanner is capable of all that. They said YES Including OBDPRICE. " Yes, this scanner is compatible " so I went and bought one for myself . I have 2 Mercedes vehicles that need that coding. I was so happy until I realized that this crap scanner can't do these things and I spent around 2,000£. for nothing . Not happy , these dealers are crap.

Terrible service. Customer service doesn't answer messages. The order never arrives, and there's no sign that it's on its way. I don't recommend ordering anything from this company.
