Easy to communicate and great service.

I have used them last year for my update. I was scared but it worked well. I purchased my second software update from them. Autel America recognizes this update.

After having real trouble knowing which scanner would suit older Holdens with the option to scan modern cars, Celia was very helpful answering my questions. Celia asked the tech team to be sure that the scanner would cover my needs and responsed in a very clear manner in her emails. Celia worked out the most economical scanner for me and mentioned that the Australian car files would need to be downloaded once I received my scanner. I am very satisfied with my scanner, the company, the tech support and Celia's assistance with the whole process. I look forward to further dealings with OBDPRICE in the future.

I purchased the wrong renewal. I reached out to customer support they were very helpful and quick to respond. The truly amazing customer service team blew my mind away. I highly recommend this product

Fast response, great prices, always have the products that I need for my Autel

It was easy to upgrade, and I was able to get my repair made due to the information downloaded . Thank you very much.

Owned scanners for several years, very high quality construction.

This seller went above and beyond and offered a discount when I was returning one machine and getting another one, other stores were charging me restocking fees! I purchased more already at full price just to support.
