I was nervous about getting my visa to visit China on time. I'm so glad someone recommended Oasis. The extra cost was worth the peace of mind. Every time I called, a person (usually Carla) answered -- and offered timely assistance. I paid for three-day service, but my paperwork was returned within two days. Everything went smoothly, and the trip to China was amazing.

There was no friction involved in my experience with Oasis, just some disappointment. I needed some help over the telephone because I was under a lot of time pressure for an expedited visa, but the Oasis rep declined to answer my questions even though I had already paid. Happily though, my visa arrived sooner than anticipated. I would use Oasis again.

When getting my previous visas to China, I was able to simply send my documents straight to the embassy, but as rules have changed, I was nervous to use a third party. I live in Portland, OR, and the nearest embassy is in San Francisco, CA - so it made sense to mail it in vs. drive down, spend the night, drive up, etc. I love the fact that you can track your visa progress online. Oasis quickly went through the embassy to get me my visa, and once it was shipped, my passport arrived fast (and enclosed in a clear plastic sleeve!). Definitely would recommend this service, especially if you do not live close to an embassy.
