Problems with expedited service
Expedited process does not seem to be much faster than the regular one. Peculiar insistence on specific statements in your invitation letter (for business visa), without much practical relevance or substance, may delay the process for multiple days.
Response from Oasis China Visa ServicesJun 9, 2016
Dear customer, Thank you for using our services and thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you feel the processing of your rush order was delayed. Please understand that we handle rush and express orders with a higher priority, all documents must be checked before submissions to the embassy. If we find any issues, your application will not be submitted until the problem is resolved. This actually saves time in processing by preventing the Chinese embassy from holding your passport for additional information, and lower the chance from application getting rejected. Our goal is to try to have the visa approved on the first attempt, and not complicate things or cause unnecessary inconveniences for our customers. It is our responsibility to ensure that our customers provide the proper documents and have the highest visa approval rate. We apologize for the inconvenience it may has caused you, and hope it may never happen again. Sincerely! -Eric Tian
