Well done for taking this important step. We’re sorry to hear that your medication didn’t arrive as quickly as you expected. While we ship all first-time orders via Priority Mail, it can take up to five days for your medication to reach you. We also understand that your treatment may not be having the effect you hoped for yet. To this, we’d offer two suggestions: 1. Keep taking the medication—its impact can sometimes take a little time to fully kick in. 2. Reach out to your doctor—if you log in to your Oar Health Member Dashboard (my.oarhealth.com) and send your doctor a message, they may be able to adjust your dosage.
