did not work at all
sorry to say but this product did absolutely nothing for me. not even a bit. doc doubled the dose and still nothing. pretty much a waste of money and time. honestly, the advertising for this product is very misleading because it states that it will help you to quit or control the drinking and i can say that it does not. not even a bit. refunding me my 300.00 would be a start to making things right

I am sorry to hear that! The truth is that no treatment option works 100% of the time for every person in every attempt at drinking less or quitting. But there are other evidence-based treatment options that may prove helpful in combination with, or instead of, your prescribed medication. For so long I doubted I could ever stop…
For so long I doubted I could ever stop drinking. I couldn't imagine a weekend, a pool day or a trip to the lake without alcohol. It's only been 9 days, but this 9 days is eternity for me. I am so glad I reached out to Oar and the medication that has been prescribed. I'm looking forward to the next 9 days and months and far beyond that.

unfortunately I'm still having nausea…
unfortunately I'm still having nausea issues and only take half a pill it is obviously going to take longer only hope it subsides. I have tried anti nausea pills with some relief. will stick it out a little longer but don't send anymore until I can handle them. I still have one half of original supply. I have felt this since 06/10/25 until now. will keep trying

I am sorry to hear that you are continuing to feel such uncomfortable side effects. While nausea is the most common side effect of the medication and I commend you on trying to stick it out, it is unusual for nausea to last more than a few weeks. So, I would recommend seeking advice from an Oar Health medical provider by logging into your member dashboard. They can offer advice on mitigating side effects and whether discontinuing the medication is warranted. Again, I am sorry to hear this has been such an uncomfortable experience for you. Jonathan. Cravings are a lot less
Cravings are a lot less. Just don't feel like drinking. I take mine early afternoon anticipating the cravings for later. Working thus far

It's so great to hear that you are noticing fewer cravings and that's translating to less drinking. Like you, many members report that they find the medication most effective when taken an hour or more before cravings are typically most intense, such as taking in the afternoon ahead of early evening cravings.
