I ordered 90 days of this
I ordered 90 days of this. It did nothing to help me whatsoever. Super disappointed, but I did try it & won’t be continuing.

I am sorry to hear that you have not seen meaningful progress. Unfortunately, there is no silver bullet when it comes to this difficult challenge. Before you go, I would recommend checking in with your medical provider and health coach via the member dashboard. Your medical provider can advise on whether a dose change is appropriate, and your coach can be a great source of ideas on how to integrate medication use with other proven behavioral strategies. Positive results so far!
When my prescription arrived I followed Oarhealth’s advice to start out breaking the pills in half instead of taking the full daily dose. Later that same day I noticed that I was not thinking about drinking a beer just because it was “getting late in the day”, etc., etc… My goal has been to reduce my alcohol intake but not necessarily to stop entirely, and I am happy with my results so far. My only side effect so far has been moderate fatigue and my Oarhealth coach suggested I start taking the medication closer to bedtime and that has worked fine for me. Of course I am now taking the full pill daily (nightly) and I am hopeful that my positive results will continue!

This has been such an easy and private…
This has been such an easy and private way to start this program. I didn’t want to go to my primary physician and this made it so much easier. Very happy with the program.

I’m happy I found Oarhealth
I’m happy I found Oarhealth. The prescription is working for me and has taken the urge away to drink excessively. The communication from Coach and staff is very good. I would recommend considering this if you are struggling with drinking.

I went from drinking 1/2 a handle of…
I went from drinking 1/2 a handle of vodka week days to 2 lite beers a night , but I still find my self wanting more but not like I used too. My only issue with Oar is waiting 48 hours for responses.
