I have struggled for years with a…
I have struggled for years with a relationship with alcohol. I hated that it dictated parts of my life and relationships. With Oar I can’t begin to explain the difference. I still have urges but I feel more in control. I can go out with friends and have 1 drink socially and feel satisfied.

After years of trying to cut back on my own, OAR diminished the desire to drink. After a week I felt better and did not want to drink.

Naltrexone has been great so far
Naltrexone has been great so far. Started taking it 9 days ago and it has almost entirely curbed my alcohol cravings. I'm frankly amazed. Did not expect it to work this well. I hope it continues. I did feel a bit off for the first 5 days taking it. Like a tension in my body. But that subsided and I notice no side effects any longer. Impressed and loving life sober!

Oar did a great job matching me up with…
Oar did a great job matching me up with a solution to help with my cravings. I'm one of the fortunate ones - I responded right away and while I've thought about drinking from time to time, it's never gone past the fleeting thought stage. Absolutely-life changing. Great support as well when I struggled initially with side effects. I really wish I'd found Oar sooner!

Extremely happy about results and no side effects
First, the process to obtain a prescription was easy. I appreciated the information on the web site. All my questions were answered on the website. The medication came quickly. I was able to choose my starting date and begin taking the medication knowing I could get help if I needed it. I have not had any side effects that I can tell except maybe I was a bit more thirsty than usual for a couple days. I was a little concerned I might get nauseous but I didn’t have any at all. I felt the subtle effects in a day or two. I am very happy with the results.
