This medication really works. It has quiet my brain from thinking or wanting to drink. I am so blessed to have found something that it’s giving me back my peace of mind. It did take a full month and taking the medication daily to start feeling the full effect. I did have moderate side effects that lasted also about a month, but with the guidance of the Oarhealth team, I refused to give up. The team made me feel confidant that all I needed was patience and minor adjustments. The benefits have been incredible, I have gone from 20 to 18 drinks a week to 1 a week. I feel present, happy and eager to see what the future brings. My depression is gone and I can focus on enjoying my life again 😌

My experience with Oar health has been quite positive overall. It was easy to get the Naltrexone prescription and I pretty much started on it right away. First dose was rough as I did fill nauseated but once I reduced dose to half first few days it was fine and after a week I was on 1 pill a day. I would recommend having with food. My alcohol cravings have definitely reduced and I don't "binge" as I did previously. Highly recommend if you want to get your life back in control and feel better overall.

This really helps with the cravings. And I have found myself drinking way less. Even more each week

Top reason for 5 stars is that it has shut my brain up from whispering in my ear that having my bottle of wine is fine. I’ve gone from drinking a 13% abv bottle of wine over 2-3 hours and basically passing out at bed time to 1-2 2.3% or no more than 5% drinks over 3-6 hours and never getting a buzz and being totally okay with it. No more waking up feeling guilty, shaken, and unfocused. No more taking that first drink and losing all ambition. Second reason is not having to go to my local doctor to ask for the med. I was able to do it quietly at home.

It is so great to see that have not only dramatically reduced your alcohol use, but are also feeling more control and waking up in such a better frame of mind. I am so glad that Oar has been able to provide a private and effective set of tools for you. Keep up the great great work and keep noticing those huge benefits! Jonathan. Founder, Oar Health.
