I was very frustrated in the amount of time it took to finalize my engraving with Ashley. At one point, I truly thought I had been scammed. However, once Max (one of the owners) got involved, the process moved very swiftly and efficiently as it should have from the beginning. Max was very understanding and attentive and always got back to me right away. The final product was beautiful and of great quality and exactly as pictured on the website. I am very satisfied with the final product. If I could deal with Max directly, I would definitely purchase again from Oaktree.
