I wish I didn’t get it engraved that’s the only thing . I thought it would be lighter more subtle

The customer service is always impeccable. The urn arrived safely and timely. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the engraving was a little crooked, which was unfortunate, but overall I still recommend Oaktree.

I thought it would come with a sealant & bag, but it didn't, otherwise it is beautiful & 1 of 1!

I wish I could have chosen black ink instead of silver. Also the Urn was not cleaned prior to shipping. There were drips down the side of it. The wood is absolutely beautiful. My son was a Master Carpenter and he would love the wood. He had his right arm tattooed to look like wood grain.

The bird urn is lovely but tiny. I purchased one but it literally held about 1/10 of my mother's ashes. I plan to use it but now I need another vessel for my mother's remaining ashes.
