My Dad recently passed and I was having the hardest time finding an urn that was good enough and fitting for the type of man he is. I came across Oaktree Memorials and saw the Lenox urn in black walnut. It felt exactly like something my Dad would like. After learning about the company I knew this was the right choice. And was it ever. It’s even more beautiful in person. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship is stunning. My order was processed and shipped without delay and I know my Dad would approve. It’s a hard thing to find an urn for someone who is so loved, so it’s nice to find a company who cares and takes pride in their products.

When my husband passed away his wish was to be cremated. My children and I honored his request. We wanted a special urn for his ashes that represented him, and then my son found Oaktree Memorials. Our search was over as the urn we selected could not have been more perfect. The grain in the wood top represented my husbands love of woodwork, and the different paths he took in life. The engraving was a beautiful addition commemorating a loving husband, father and grandfather. In such a difficult time Oaktree Memorials provided ease of ordering, and reliable service. The urn is beautiful. My only complaint is the engraving is so small on the top. It is not proportional with the size of the lid. Aesthetically the name should be bit larger.

I had a specific urn in mind but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for so I ordered a different urn - size large. It took a very long time to ship and when it did, it was the small urn which I thought was for a dog. I sent a very angry email off and was met with compassion and sincere apologies. The large urn wasn't available for several more weeks so I asked for a refund. Ashley offered me either a refund or a discount on one of four urns that were available immediately and the fourth urn was EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED ORIGINALLY! It shipped immediately and it's perfect. Ashely was the amazing human who dealt with my grief rage beautifully. The entire ordeal had the happiest ending during such a sad time. Oaktree really turned it around. I'm so appreciative.

The website was so easy to navigate. Having an option for our daughter to place some of her husbands ashes into a beautiful flower base was wonderful. He used to pick wild flowers for her when they would go hiking or "just because" so this vase is extra special to her. The vase is beautiful and it arrived in 3 days.
