This is a lovely piece. Came in quickly, and is beautiful. This would be even better if this was a larger piece. (Also, the bag given for this piece in no way would fit, I had to substitute a bag.)

The engraving was beautiful. Thank you for taking so special care in your product and the consideration of a person's loss of a family member.

The necklace is gorgeous and I’m in love with it! I’m just sad the chain busted on me already!

I was so grateful to Max, the engravers, and Crystal for working with me on a fairly involved engraving and helping my family achieve in time a very beautiful Urn for my lovely daughter for whom we will forever miss.

This is a beautiful necklace and charm. I received it in a timely manner. Very thankful you make these.

Very pleased with my purchase. The product was exactly as advertised, and the great quality. Customer service was stellar- easy to order, and arrived earlier than expected. Highly recommend.

I ordered the Lenox urn in extra small to house some of my father’s ashes and just received the urn. It is stunning and the perfect way to honor my father. The team was responsive, understanding and efficient in creating and delivering this artisan piece. The quality is top notch and the design and engraving excellent. My father who was a craftsman himself with a discerning eye would have approved.

Easy, fast and beautiful product!!!
