Order placed the evening of Feb 28th with expedited shipping for the memorial on March 7. A label wasn't created for the package until almost 48 hours later, March 1st, at 4pm, too late for it to get on its way. Then it didn't leave the facility until March 4th for some reason. So it's now asking me for a review for an urn that STILL has not been delivered and we had to use a temporary box for his memorial. I'm upset again thinking about it now. Things of course happen and in this case we had some nasty weather but if it had left the seller the day after it was ordered expedited and also didn't sit at the facility for days we would have had plenty of time.

Great company and very respectful of the time we are going through. The gentleman I talked to was great and they got the Urn here in 4 days. Hopefully never have to use them again but if you unfortunately have to they will for sure take care of you.

I absolutely love my urn necklace. I wish so badly I didn't need it but it is beautiful and I love that I can have a piece of my son around my neck always. And the note included was such a very sweet touch. I have recommended to several friends already.
