I have made many orders and the quality of this jewelry is amazing. I have bathed in it and it has not tarnished. I will continue to buy and have bought a lot of it for gifts. Every time I wear it I get compliments. The customer service is top notch.

Great customer service and support, nice watch! I had an issue when my order arrived, and customer service was on it and arranged to send another watch to me free of charge. Outstanding! This is my second watch purchased, but won’t be my last.

Based on what you described, it sounds like there may have been confusion caused by the cancellation process, and we would like the opportunity to review what happened. Please contact our customer service team again with your order number or the email address used for the purchase so we can locate the order and investigate the payment and cancellation status. Ich bin über die Werbung bei Instergram auf Oak Juri aufmerksam geworden. Schon lange war auf der Suche nach einer günstigen guten Submariner gewesen. Hier bin ich fündig geworden! Uhr heute erhalten! Tolle Verarbeitung und Qualität. Blitzschnelle Lieferung! Kann diesen Shop nur empfehlen!

So...for over a month I have been waiting on the refund of 50% that we agreed on, cause the watch didn't look like the images they have on their site, and they said the refund was processed on August 23rd, and now its September 7th and there is NO refund on my credit card. They told me to call the bank. I did. Bank said no refund came through. Oak juri keeps on telling me they refund me. Bank said refund didn't come...so...i am not removing this review UNTILL THE REFUND COMES TO MY CREDIT CARD! WICH I DOUBT IT WILL, since they said they dont know why its not there....

We’re sorry for the frustration and concern this delay has caused. We understand how upsetting it is to be told that a refund has been processed while it has still not appeared on your credit card. We take this matter seriously and would like to investigate the refund status again to determine exactly what happened. Please contact us with your order number so we can review the transaction details and work toward resolving this as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Kind regards, OAKJURI Team
