I made a mistake in my order. NY Watch Store quickly provided me directions to follow-up and then promptly provided the correct product. They answer the phone! Twice! And never required me to provide any additional information. They had it all via my phone number. This company has a customer service model that others should emulate. In fact, in my not so limited experience it is the best.
