I have ordered 5 watches from them and never had a problem. I live in the UK and they have always been quick to ship and I never had an issue.

NYWatchstore.com is a website run by criminals. I ordered a watch, they charged my credit card but they made the following additional requirement before shipping the item: ' Can you please email and/or fax us a copy of the front and back of your drivers license and the credit card used for payment before we can accept this payment with a sign letter that you authorize us Top One Inetrnational Corp to ship this package' Responding to this request would be like giving them a license to plunder my credit card.

I ordered a watch from the NY Watch store on 12/8 and the watch was delivered on 12/13. It was the watch that was advertised in a new box with the accompanying user guide. The only difference was the measurement of the case which is 40mm but listed as 42mm on the web site which I was aware of before placing the order.

So far I've purchased 3 watches from ny watch store over the past 3 months. I received what I expected every time. New, in original box, with all paperwork & manuals.

I purchased a Casio Pathfinder watch from this company. This watch would have cost me twice as much if I wanted to buy it in Australia. The watch came as promised, New with tags. The delivery took some time (about 3 weeks from New york to Sidney Australia) but I can't complain because I chose the cheapest shipping they offered. All and all, I'm happy with my purchase.

I had previously purchased a watch from this company and things worked out ok so when it came time to buy the watch that I had always wanted namely the Luminox 3001, I purchased it from them. BIG mistake. The watch had faulty seals, I contacted them to avail of their return for refund after a few days and was told that since I had used it, they would not take it back. They told me to avail of the warranty from Luminox but of course no warranty cards of any kind came with the watch. Definitely seems wrong and dishonest to me. My advice is to avoid them, I certainly will be from now on.

This is an unrelieable, unserious company. I have ordered a citizen watch from them, what does not arrived. After three weeks i contacted them, they told me I can expect the package, should be problem from the site of post office. After many callings and negotiation, i had wait 45 days from the shipping day..and have to claim my money back from the insurance company. At the end I got my money back...it takes about 2 months...while I received my money back. By the way same happened to my friend!(but once she received from them a watch wath she ordered..so 50pc chance, or less). I can not recommend this company to anybody! Dont risk your money! and not talk about the money(because i received back it)..dont waste your time! Do not order from this company!!!!!

I purchased a Citizen watch from Nywatchstore recently. The price was much better than the prices offered by Authorised dealers. Although I selected the cheapest postage option the watch was delivered to me (Australia) in 6 days, which was impressive. The watch itself appeared to be new; no scratches and no signs of wear. The box was obviously not the standard Citizen watch box; it appeared to be made by a third party. There was no warranty or user manual in the box, only a one page colour brochure on Citizen watches. The quality of the box and the missing warranty and manual don't bother me at all; as long as the watch is new and doesn't stop working, I'm happy. And that's where I have a small lingering doubt: was the watch new (and not a refurbished return) - I will have to wait and see.
