Great communication still waiting for my order, but I was able to get on the phone with a representative who assured me that I ordered the right band and the right size

spoke with a real person who I could understand he was focussed on my problem and offered solutions

So far so great ! My watch is on the way. I was contacted because my shipping info was wrong and a man named James helped me out and gave me tracking information. Very nice company that will work with you, I appreciate them very much.

The watch band looked nice and was reasonably priced, but unfortunately the pin went in and never came back out. What should have been a simple installation ended with the watch having to head over to my watchmaker to have the pin removed. The band itself looked good, but having to make a trip to the watchmaker because of the hardware was definitely disappointing. I wasn't expecting much for the price, received no surprises. Won't order from here again

Super fast shipping, top tier customer service. Bands are amazing and fit perfectly, will definitely be ordering more for future projects. Can't recommend enough 10/10.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous.

Great service, very friendly. Helped me step by step to make and complete my purchase.

I forgot to specify my size in my order. The company representative contacted me immediately to make sure i got what i needed. Also, i had some questions that he was very helpful in answering
