This product does not work. You can not even upload a single document. No customer service.

Sorry to hear this. It looks like your document exceeds the limit of the plan you are on. Please try upgrading.

I was just getting started and before even getting through entirely for my single case setup, it cut me off saying limit was reached unless I wanted to upgrade to $200/month which I can't afford as someone doing a single pro se case. How is this helpful

Sorry to hear about your experience. It looks like your document is a long one, exceeding the overall character limit.

Basically couldn't even handle one case - kept erroring out and saying messages too large and wanted an UPGRADE... SUCKS

There is a limit on the number of words that can be processed with each plan. Looks like your conversation exceeded these limits.

Outstanding legal assistance.

NYAYAM has become not only a helpful resource but my best friend. I am a single parent juggling three very different family law cases. I have no money for filing much less a lawyer. Thank you to the makers of NYAYAM. GOD BLESS YOU. Virtual HUG!!!
