Paid Account Couldn't Even Review One Brief
Uploading one brief after joining the paid subscription caused the "You've reached your token limit" pop-up message. This message basically says, "Pay More!" and disappears. There's zero value having just joined with a real case to evaluate, only to be met with "we can't help you". So, I've wasted $20 for nothing, which is an absolute scam. What's the "basic" membership for? Generic legal questions and no real case analysis might be a use case for people, but if you're paying a fee, you might find you're "out of tokens" before you get any work done. The alternative? Marketed shows $200/Month or some other $2,000 fee for some 'Elite' account. This isn't a low-cost solution for someone working independently or Pro Se to solve a legal matter. Sadly, this looked promising, but it is not worth it in my case. Best of luck, I'm cancelling this useless membership immediately.

Looks like the document you uploaded is particularly lengthy and is hitting the context limit of the $20 plan. Please try starting a fresh case with summarized inputs or upgrade to Max to continue.
