Uploading one brief after joining the paid subscription caused the "You've reached your token limit" pop-up message. This message basically says, "Pay More!" and disappears. There's zero value having just joined with a real case to evaluate, only to be met with "we can't help you". So, I've wasted $20 for nothing, which is an absolute scam. What's the "basic" membership for? Generic legal questions and no real case analysis might be a use case for people, but if you're paying a fee, you might find you're "out of tokens" before you get any work done. The alternative? Marketed shows $200/Month or some other $2,000 fee for some 'Elite' account. This isn't a low-cost solution for someone working independently or Pro Se to solve a legal matter. Sadly, this looked promising, but it is not worth it in my case. Best of luck, I'm cancelling this useless membership immediately.

The accuracy of the legal citations and the thorough, detailed analysis and the recommendations are close as ever to a face-to-face meeting with a leading expert attorney. 6-months later, I have gained valuable knowledge and received favorable outcomes in my legal matters. What I truly appreciate is NYAYAM is not limited strictly to criminal and civil court-related issues, but can also provide valuable, accurate advice pertaining to administrative matters such as tax appeals and insurance-related compliance. NYAYAM is far superior to similar platforms I've worked with, and I am beyond pleased with the product. The immediate, responsive assistance during the very few-times that I encountered minor issues with my account, the NYAYAM service team handled the issue with ease to ensure I was able to resume my work in a timely manner. NYAYAM has saved me not only thousands in legal fees, but thousands of hours, I would have otherwise been forced to dedicate on research.

It is impossible to cancel online. I paid my $ 20.00 On 9/18/2026. I see it will not do what I want unless I pay $200. I decided to cancel the same day (9/18.2026). I paid my $ 20, so I am 1 and done. It takes you to a "manage subscription" page. The only problem is you can only UPGRADE on it. There is a potential spot to cancel, but you can't click it. So, I sent an email. Please cancel this. The theory on this is great. Some information sounds legit. But I won't throw $ 200 ath is SCAM. I doesn't tell you how limited it actually is till they got your money. SOEET but smells like SCAM to me.

I believe this AI tool is useful for researching legal information. The reason for my low rating is the lack of customer service options and ignoring requests for cancellation. On December 13, 2025, I contacted the company to cancel my subscription. On December 18, a representative responded requesting my device ID and told me that once I provided it, my account would be canceled. I provided the requested information. It is now September 2026, and I have discovered that Nyayam has continued charging me $20 every month. That means I have been charged for nine additional months after I took the steps I was specifically instructed to take to cancel my subscription. I have contacted the company again requesting immediate cancellation, written confirmation, and a refund of the $180 charged from January through September. What makes this particularly concerning is that Nyayam markets itself as an AI platform for legal research and assistance. A company operating in that space should certainly understand the importance of honoring a customer's documented request to terminate a subscription. I will update this review if and when the company resolves the matter appropriately. Until then, I cannot recommend this platform.

The product is great but has very serious limitations that made it unusable. I paid $200 for the Pro version but now I am told that there is a limit of 35,000 words per case. 35,000 words sounds like a lot but it is not. Once the limit is reached the only way to move forward would be to switch to the MAX plan by paying an extra $2,000 which is just extortion. Customer support told me to start a new case by providing a summary of my original case but this is just not practical. If the system was designed properly, when approaching the words limit it should provide you a summary of your case and feed it directly to a new case, instead it just stop working unless you fork out $2,000 which is just very dishonest. I will shop around for better alternatives.
