This situation is not related to us, because we are replyin every email very carefully, but as you know, you are using Gmail as a service provider and not checking the promotions tab. I placed an order for a hydrolic jack plate and the dual blinker control. I recevied the blinker control in 3 days. It's been 21 days since the order was placed and have not recieved the jack plate. Per UPS only the label was created, product never picked up. NVN marine has been extremely unhelpful, rude, and to this point unwilling to refund my money for a product I am obviously never going to recieve. I would never recommend NVN marine to anyone. The customer service I have experienced is non existant to say the least. They are terrible as a company and DO NOT stand behind their service policies!!!

Michael hi, As you know we shipped both items in the same day, and you got the blinker in 3 days, normally you must get the jack plate also in 3 days. But UPS lost the package and they were trying to figure it out, before they close the case we couldn't do anything. Today they closed the case and provide a return and we refunded you too. We are so sorry about the inconvenience but it wasn't related to us. Best Regards.
