I ordered the offer with: Red light; Mask, Toothbrush, 4 Replacement heads and Cuping device. Order arrived with only 2 Replacement heads, informed Nuvio of this error, after showing a pic of what I received missing Replacement heads were kindly replaced.

My chiller pump had lost effectiveness after 2 yrs. of continual daily use. Nuvio customer service representative A.R. was able to quickly identify my situation where I needed a replacement pump for my chiller. Though my unit was out of warranty, I was able to get the help I needed at a trivial cost to keep my unit running.

I upgraded to the nuvio red light mat from a red light spot-by-spot torch from Amazon. Now I am feeling the full benefits with the mat and I feel 20 years younger! I now believe that the spot torch from Amazon didn't even have any physical impact now that I know what the benefits actually are

I’ve had the nuvio cold plunge for just under a year. Love it. Had some problems with it recently. Customer support was very good and got me back plunging with a new clasp for the lid and a new pump. My man Ossy from support was extremely helpful.

I had a faulty power box issue, but I am happy to say it was quickly resolved with a little help from Katrina. She was amazing emailing me directions to identify and resolve my issue. A new power box was shipped to my home and once again I am able to use my whole Nuvio red light bag.😁

Ossy responded quickly and efficiently to my request for a replacement mat that had lost lights. He asked me specific questions and for appropriate support material and offered to contact the technical team on my behalf. He was able to solve my issue and I am anxiously awaiting the delivery of a replacement. Love my mats and mask. Use them 3 to four times a week.
