I took a chance and replied to a marketing email.. a human (Ossy!) replied almost instantly! WOW! And kept in touch to fully answer my question! BTW, I love using my Nuvio Mat! I can really feel improvements!

I have used my Nuvio chiller pro almost every day and it has been extremely beneficial to my body after my spinal fusion…. My chiller stopped working and A.R. and the tech support team were quick to help assist me and got me a replacement order. I am looking forward to getting back into my daily cold plunge routine.
