The delivery was quick. Quick and efficient response from Customer Service particularly from Rehman (A.R.)

We had an issue with our chiller and immediately contacted support. We were assigned Rehman to help with our issue. Rehman was super responsive and helpful. He led us through some trouble shooting to try to get the chiller working but to no avail. Once I confirmed it didn't work Rehman immediately got a new chiller sent out to us. He was a pleasure to work with and kept us informed every step of the way. It's nice to see a company stand by their guarantee.

I've really enjoyed the products so far. I did have an issue with the water pump for my chill tub, and it's not on their website to buy. I contacted customer support and Rehman found the part, sent me an electronic invoice, and it was sent. Follow up was fantastic to make sure I have everything I need.

Arrived on time and it’s been working great

I normally do NOT write reviews. But WOW- the products (cap,eye mask and bag) are more than amazing. 10 out of 10. Very easy to use and great quality. Ordering was easy and shipping was fast . I did have an issue with one controller- and if your like me your first thought is ohhh boy I am going to get the run around here. But to my surprise my first email was answered the same day -I replied back with a photo and description- the next day I have a Tracker number with the replacement part along with a very nice letter apologizing for the defective part. Honestly I have never had such a great experience with a company before. You will not be disappointed in the product or customer service! Well done Nuvio!!! And shout out to A.R. For exceptional response time and customer service!

5/5 Stars - Great product, even better service!I love my red light therapy bag! I use it almost every night. When I had a minor issue and reached out to customer service. My customer service agent was A.R. and they were incredibly helpful. I explained what was happening and sent a photo and the next day sent me a replacement. Exceptional customer support and a great product—I highly recommend buying from them! And A.R. was outstanding to work with!
