I love my red light mat. The only reason I’m giving 4 ⭐️ is because it arrived with a faulty plug. However, I emailed customer service and they responded the same day with an apology and a quick remedy to resolve the issue. They shipped a new plug out immediately.

We love our nuvio chiller. The cold plunges are a great health tool. We took extra steps to keep the water clean like adding an extra, separate filter with a UV light to kill bacteria. Using a dobie pad, we lightly scrub the inner surfaces periodically whenever it feels a little slimy and we use a fine mesh net to scoop out any floating scum. These steps keep the water clean far longer. Recommend the tub vs the pod as you can stretch out in the tub. Once we made these fine tunings the product serves us well.

I have had the Nuvio system for over 6 months now. I use the system about 3-4 times a week. I have had a couple of issues with both the Nuvio system unit and the plunge tub. I had the same issue as “Negative reviews had me concerned at first …” with nearly the same dates. A false HH hot water error. CS was not able to provide a full manual or troubleshoot the problem so they sent a replacement chiller that works great. I’m happy to be back to regular plunging.

The product worked as advertised. However as you might assume it takes a while to circulate all of the water to get it to the desired temperature, so you must plan ahead. This doesn't describe my wife. Since this was a gift to her we determined to return it. Initially that was an issue, but after a couple interactions with the customer service department we were well taken care of.

initially worked fine. Still can not get the display to switch to F from C but I can deal with that. Now, after 4 months, I get H H reading on the screen and a constant beep beep. Tried shutting off, resetting temp etc but it still persists. Temp not going below 60. It had been constant at 45 prior to this. What is the HH reading and is there a factory reset? j
