The customer service is impeccable… And I don’t say that lightly. After I bought my equipment, I noticed that they had $100 off sale. I wrote them and asked I just got mine yesterday I wasn’t offered this. And they made sure I got the hundred dollars off. I don’t know that anyone can ask for more.

i enjoy and have gotten good results with the face mask, wand, knee, and full body mat. the teeth red light rids mouth sores quickly. Red light therapy is tremendous and ive had only good things to say Bout this company.

Had an issue with the original chiller I purchased and the customer service I recieved was fast and very helpful. Sometimes when you're out of warranty, which I was, companies just blow you off but they still took care of me. Excited to get chilly again! Thanks for the help Rehman.

My red light hat stopped working after a couple uses. I emailed Nuvio and Ossy was great. He had me send videos of the problem and after reviewing the videos, Ossy was able to have a replacement hat sent.
