I have had my Nuvio bag for about a month and so far I have had a good experience with it. One of the power cord boxes (there are two, one for each side of the bag) sounds noisy when I turn it on, almost like the motor in it is loose. I left a message on the chat about this but have not had a response to it. Hopefully the warranty would replace it if breaks. Once it warms up a bit, the noise stops. The bag works well to allow me to radiate my entire body all at the same time. The settings allow me to choose the power level from 1-5 or a pulse mode. I have not been using it long enough to give an honest assessment of its efficacy for my pain management, but I have noticed that I tend to sleep better.

Ordering process was simple. First order came in incomplete, however the Customer Service Team was REALLY quick to remedy and complete the order. Well done! If the red light therapy creates a user experience similar to your customer service, I see a future of little to less pain and discomfort and better overall health :-) Thanks Team! Barry W

I love the product. I've used it for one month. Feeling great. I would like some guidance on how to used it on a schedule that is safe and the different ways to use all the features.

I own multiple products. The Chiller Pro and the Red Light Therapy Mat. Both products have been overall great. Customer Support is great as well. Full disclosure: I had some issues with the chiller pro on a few occasions. Both times I was able to use the app to initiate support with the chiller. Support was able to get me back in working order for a while with a firmware update and later when my second round of issues occured they stood by there product. Chances for issues arising can occur with any product, from any manufacturer. What matters is not only the quality of a product but what the manufacturer is willing to do to stand by their product and satisfy their customers if and when things do go unexpectedly wrong. Shout out to Charlie for helping me out on multiple occasions and ultimately securing me as a long yime customer and supporter. I had no issues with customer support. One simply needs to be very patient. One may have multiple days between correspondence and may need to document specific issues the way they request. During one of my issues I had unhooked everything and the correspondence required that I hook it all back up and document photos and small videos as they requested. The chiller is easy enough to take care of and keep running well. The small filter on the drop in pump needs maintained. The chiller keeps the water at the desired temp even in temps averging 90-100F . I keep in a covered carport so it is in the shade but the heat advisories have been real. I also use cold plunge solution and a fishtank filter with UV that I bought online and skim regularly to remove any hair,grass,leaf,big materials. Water stays chilled and clean for months with minimal efforts. The chiller can be used in any tub that holds water. I have used the chiller in our indoor bath, a Nuvio Pod, and Now a 200+gallon insulated barrel I picked up recently. Thr red light therapy Matt is Great, I recently took it on a road trip through Maine, New Hampshire, and New York and used to to help recovery before and after hiking and biking.

Was a little challenging getting to a person in customer service - that was frustrating. But when I got to Ossy in customer support everything was taken care of quickly and very professionally. I am a big Nuvio fan - have the chiller pro and the red light therapy mat. Really glad they came through and replaced the pump on the chiller pro and it is working great again.

I received a Nuvio face mask as a gift. After fully charging it and plugging it in, I was concerned because it didn't appear to work. Thinking the unit might be faulty, I contacted customer support by email. I was impressed to receive an acknowledgement the very same day confirming that my enquiry had been received and that someone would get back to me. Two days later, I received a detailed response that included a very helpful instructional video. The video quickly resolved the issue, and I realised the mask wasn't faulty—it was simply a setup step that wasn't clear in the printed instructions. As constructive feedback, I think it would be beneficial to include that particular step from the video in the written setup instructions. It would likely save other customers from experiencing the same confusion and needing to contact support. Overall, I was very pleased with the prompt and helpful customer service. Ozzy, from the team, responded professionally, and my issue was resolved quickly.

Now…. Let me start out by saying…. Charlie was wonderful ❤️. Every time I emailed him he got back with me in a timely manner however I personally do not like that y’all will not respond with phone ☎️ calls. I think “ one on one” conversations are a much better way of communication. I ordered the mat back in April, used it for only 2 weeks the “it bit the dust”… now I finally got the new transformer which I hope will solve my problem Thank You 🙏 Charlie and the rest of your team

I love the red light therapy mat. The only thing I find unclear is the black box. I think it is not clear how to set the dials to use the unit.
