I have been debating buying a chiller for a year now. Bad reviews always made me worried. Then, 3 of my friends bought the Nuvio chiller and gave me great feedback of their own. So, I bought mine. One of the hoses came bent which affected the flow of cold water. I asked for a replacement and Charlie took good care of me. I am using my chiller 3 times a week and so is my son. I cannot mention how great are the benefits. I use it in my bathtub because Florida is too hot outside. Doing it inside permits me to keep the water cold for a few days without over working the chiller. I really recommend it.

love the chiller and pod. takes less space and easy to setup. Chiller is amazing and versatile. I love taking a dip daily after my sauna session and hot and cold therapy combined is doing wonders for me!

I've had my recovery chiller since June/July of last year. I was skeptical of the quality of this product prior to buying it given how economical it was. Turned out to be just what I needed, and it always performed well for me. However, last week I noticed the temperature sensor was busted so I reached out to their customer service team. Charlie (the customer service representative I was put in contact with), quickly diagnosed my issue, sent me a new temperature sensor, and sent helpful, and instructive videos so that I could fix it myself. My recovery chiller's running just like new again! Thanks!

The system worked great until it didn't. Not sure why it stopped working but once I made the complaint, they rectified it right away and sent me a new machine. I had a good experience so far and still recommend them to friends and family.

I have used Nuvio chiller for quite a while now and have been able to achieve my goals. More importantly I ran into a small issue and they 100% stood behind their product and I’m back up and running. Maintaining 40/45 degrees here in Florida Thank you Nuvio

Great customer service!

Customer service is actually great I have read that customer service sucks, I have had the opposite experience, they have been so good, every issue I have had they have taken care of. The issues have largely been my fault, such as an incorrect order, but they have resolved it. They are very responsive. I give their customer service an A+, so far I give the chiller an A-minus. Doesn't cool as fast as they say, but it does get the water to a consistent 45 degrees (takes about 12 hours), but I'm also in a very hot climate.

I had an issue with my chiller. The pump broke and it made the chiller freeze. They sent me a new chiller within 2 weeks. They email and do a diagnostic on it, then are veryvhelpful
