I got my RLT Nuvio mat for mother’s day and I love it!!! I’m currently recovering from shoulder surgery and I’ve added it to my recovery protocol. I’ve used RLT before but this product by far is the most comfortable and easy to use. I’m even using it as I meditate. If you are trying to get recovery results and comfort, this is for sure the mat to get.

I must admit when I realized that the customer service was not available via a telephone number I was concerned about the product support and policies. However thus far, whenever I have had a question or issue I have used the app and customer support chat and have been satisfied with the level of support and the response time and quality. It has exceeded my expectations. I have come to see that Nuvio does stand behind their product and are willing to work with customers to resolve issues and make sure we are happy.
